Please join us for our June Dinner Meeting!

Reservations:  Your advance payment is preferred as the chapter pays the venue for all reserved meals.  Payment options:

1. Paypal (using your credit/debit card)
2. Personal Check (payment to be mailed)

3. Cash/Check at the Door.
4. Email Bunny at bunny_blaha@msn.com or text 719.233.1008 with your name, number of reservation(s) and meal choice (when offered), and pay at the door**. 

** If unable to attend, please mail your payment to the PPCMOAA address above. 

Cost:  $ 45/pp (Cost subsidized by your Chapter)

Menu:  Choice of:
(1)    Chicken Breast, (2) Broiled Ribeye,  (3) Vegetarian Wellington
Meals include: Mixed Salad, Rolls/butter, Roasted potatoes,
Seasonal Vegetable, Chocolate Cake, coffee, herbal teas.
Cash Bar Available
